WILL CONTESTS
The proponent of a will in Massachusetts is entitled to the presumption
that it is proper and the Court shall allow it so long as the formalities
of its execution were complied with.
If you feel there was undue influence
used by some third person or that the testator (maker of the will)
was not legally competent at the time the
will was executed, you are able to contest the will and prove to the
Court that either undue influence or incompetency was involved.
The transfer of wealth from the generation that is now passing is unparalleled
as to the amount of assets involved. Consequently, Attorney Pitnof has
been involved in more Probate litigation involving wills in the past eight
years then he has in the rest of his career.
