ABOUT ATTORNEY PITNOFNathaniel Pitnof is a graduate of the Boston College Law School and has been a practicing lawyer concentrating in court matters for 40 years. He is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the federal courts, including the United States District Court and the Bankruptcy Court for Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First and the Third Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. He has been specially admitted to courts in New Hampshire, Florida, Pennsylvania and New York in order to represent clients on specific matters in those states. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having won multi-million dollar judgments after jury trials for clients in both Worcester and Middlesex Counties. He is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association, and acts as a conciliator for the Worcester District Court. He is member of ATLA (the Association of Trial Lawyers of America) and NAELA (the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys) and attends seminars throughout the year with both organizations.
